Refund policy

• Do you accept returns?

Due to the handcrafted nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives broken or mispackaged, please reach out to us with photos at support@wabisabii.studios.com within 48 hours of delivery so that we may rectify the issue. In the event the fault is on our end, due to poor packaging or similar cause, we will happily replace or ultimately refund your item where appropriate via your original method of payment.

• Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started.

• "My package was returned due to an incorrect address—what now?"

We can reship your order once the correct address is confirmed, however reshipping costs will be borne by the customer. Should a returned item (due to an incorrectly entered address) be followed by a refund request, said refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on orders of Pillar Candles, and up to 25% on orders of Signature, Reserve, or Limited Edition candles and eco-resin trays. Please take special care to confirm your shipping and billing address details before placing your order.

• "My package is missing—what now?"

Once orders are fulfilled and left in the care of the courier, we unfortunately have no control in the steps leading to delivery. We do not assume responsibility or liability for packages marked 'Delivered'. If a package is misplaced or lost in transit, please contact the courier first for guidance on next steps, since Wabi Sabi only has access to the same information as the customer. After speaking to the courier, you can reach us at support@wabisabii.studios.com for any additional assistance.We understand this would be a frustrating experience and would be certainly willing to assist where possible.
