Cancellation policy

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if production has not started. Please reach out to us as at wabisabii.studios@gmail.com as soon as possible to cancel an order. 

In the case of pre-ordered items, orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours after the order is placed provided production has not started, or the order has not already been packaged for fulfilment.
