Processing Times

Each item is handcrafted individually or in small batches.
For made-to-order items, such as Wabi Sabi Studio Signature Candles, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be made, sealed, and prepared for shipment. During special launches, shop updates, or in busy seasons, processing may take slightly longer. In these instances please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be made, sealed, packaged and fulfilled. 

Shipping Times

Shipping speeds vary based on your chosen method and delivery location and estimates can be viewed during the checkout process.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Combined Orders

If you place multiple orders within a short timeframe, we may combine them when possible to reduce packaging waste.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. We currently offer a few rate options based on package weight & speed for shipping to The U.S, Barbados and Canada, one of which is a flat rate of $10 on shipping to the U.S

(within weight limitations).

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our control. If your package seems delayed, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. For further assistance, feel free to reach out — we’re here to support you however we can.

Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event a refund is requested as a result of an incorrectly entered address, said refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee on orders of Signature candles, and up to 25% on orders of Reserve candles, Limited candles and eco-resin trays. Please take special care to confirm your shipping and billing address details before placing your order.
